Our Kame Chawan is made in Mino, Japan. Kame means a turtle in Japanese.

This traditional matcha chawan is designed for the whisking process with its wide opening and round form. Its irregular shape is a perfect example of the Japanese wabi-sabi style. This matcha bowl will aesthetically please your tea time.

Mino ware, which is supported by a long history and tradition, has tableware production accounting for about 60% of the national market share, and it is no exaggeration to say that it represents Japanese pottery.
