Discover an elegant expression of Japanese black tea with our organic Kagoshima black tea, crafted on century-old tea farms in Chiran. Grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers and fully oxidised to bring out its warm character, this tea is a refined take on Japan’s lesser-known black tea tradition (和紅茶, wakōcha).
Rich yet smooth, the leaves are harvested and fully fermented to develop a gentle natural sweetness and inviting aroma, creating a cup that’s delicious without added sugar. Each infusion reveals a robust flavour profile with depth and clarity that highlights the unique terroir of Kagoshima.

How to Brew Tea (Hot)
Important: Always bring fresh water to a full boil first, then allow it to cool to the recommended temperature before brewing.
2. Pour in 260ml of water at 95–100°C.
3. Steep for 60 seconds.
4. Pour completely into your teacup and enjoy.
For subsequent infusions, steep briefly (or pour immediately) and slightly increase the water temperature with each brew.
