Sourced from 100-year-old tea farms and grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilisers, this first-flush organic green tea is carefully shaded for 7–10 days before harvest to enhance natural sweetness and deepen umami.
Deep-steamed (fukamushi style), it produces a bright green liquor with a smooth body, balanced sweetness, and reduced astringency. Clean, refreshing, and easy to enjoy across multiple infusions.

How to Brew Tea (Hot)
2. Pour 240ml water cooled to 70–80°C.
3. Steep for 30–40 seconds.
4. Pour completely and enjoy.
For subsequent infusions, steep briefly and slightly increase the water temperature each time.
