Ume refers to the Plum Blossom, a symbol of good fortune, health, endurance and resilience. Ume are among the first to blossom, typically in February and March. Though some varieties, even earlier. Kiku are Chrysanthemum and represent endurance, nobility and royalty and are featured in the crest of the Japanese Imperial Family.

Dating back to the 17th century, this traditional Japanese ceramic style combines timeless techniques with modern innovation, creating pieces that balance heritage with everyday functionality.
