Inspired by the Buddhist term "chi" (wisdom) and the Zen symbol "enso", a circle shape representing enlightenment and the complete harmony of the mind. Nippon Kodo's devotion to making fine incense follows a long and honoured tradition that started more than 400 years ago.
Scent: Sandalwood is an evergreen tree from the Santalum genus, prized for the fragrant oils in its heartwood. This blend offers a smooth, mellow sweetness with a subtle, tangy top note.
Each incense is thoughtfully blended using only natural fragrance ingredients and botanical powders. Free from synthetic fragrances or dyes.
