Genmaicha is a Japanese brown rice green tea consisting of green tea mixed with roasted popped brown rice.
It has a light yellow colour and toasty and nutty flavour.
We source directly from family-owned farms in the Uji region of Kyoto.
It is 100% organic as no fertilizers and pesticides have been used during the growing process. It has been certified by the JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards of Organic Products).

How to Brew Tea
1. Put 5g of tea leaves in a teapot. (1 tablespoon)
2. Boil some water and wait until it cools down to 80-90 degrees C.
3. Pour the hot water into a teapot and wait for about 60 seconds.
4. Pour the tea into a teacup and it is ready to drink.
